Gates open 30 minutes before your child's age-category slot. Report on time - each category has a fixed schedule, and late arrivals may miss their event. Your slot timing will be shared after registration.
A parent or guardian must stay on the premises for the full duration. Children in the 2–3 years category play alongside a parent. For older categories, parents watch from the designated family stands.
The venue will have on-site medical support and first-aid, trained volunteers at every zone, a dedicated lost-child help desk with announcements, and marked entry-exit points with security.
Seating in family zones, drinking water and washrooms, a feeding and diaper-change area, and food stalls on site.
Every participating child receives a medal and certificate. Age proof may be requested at reporting to confirm category. In case of rain, revised timings will be communicated via SMS and our social media.
